Yes, absolutely. You may only need hypnotherapy for specific issues like sleep problems, or you may prefer coaching to focus on life goals. The two can be used separately or together, depending on your needs.
I recommend a minimum of three months for you to see lasting changes from mindset coaching.
You should come prepared with topics you want to discuss, goals you want to achieve, or an openness to explore what you truly want. Coaching with me requires you to have an open mind, be willing to receive feedback (even if it’s not always what you want to hear), and take responsibility for your personal growth.
I typically recommend a minimum of five or six sessions for you to see results from hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy works the same way in a video call as it does in person. It is a structured conversation that engages your subconscious mind. While some techniques work better in person, I adjust accordingly to ensure there is no loss of effectiveness in an online session.
A free 30-minute discovery call allows us to discuss your needs, explain how my process works, and determine if my approach is the right fit for you. This call also helps assess whether your mindset is conducive to successful hypnotherapy.
